Waiting in the Rain:: A Self Portrait by Sieannen Bell
Acolyte:: A Self-Portrait by Sieannen Bell |
About The Editor D. H. Lawrence writes: " There exist two great modes of life--the religious and the sexual." Eroticism is the bridge. -Terry Tempest Williams Sieannen Bell lives way back in the woods and swamps of Northwest Pennsylvania pursuing more passions than she will ever have time for. She is a gypsy, a wild woman and a girl from a fairy tale that you have yet to read. She firmly believes that poetry, literature and art have the power to change lives. As such, her favorite authors include Lenore Kandel, Terry Tempest Williams, Linda Hogan, Erica Jong and Henry Miller. Her occupation is a strange mixture of raising flowers, web design, writing and painting. She is currently working on a book of poetry, Whiskey and Rain, and a novel, Dancing in the Ceremony of Fire. She says that her writing has been equally influenced by jazz/blues, Henry Miller and fairy/folk tales. Write to her at: editor@divineanimal.com |
